Do you charge tax?
No. We collect sales taxes for the government. But we only do this on orders shipping to states in which we have a physical presence. We collect sales taxes on orders shipping to Kentucky (6.00%) and Washington, DC (5.75%).
May I order from Conservative DVDs if I live outside of the U.S.?
Sure. If you live overseas or are moving overseas, you may still buy from Conservative DVDs. This means that you will be able to take advantage of our discounted prices and our comprehensive selection. International orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy. Applicable shipping charges will apply to all orders. We do require that all payments be made in U.S. currency.
How do I place a gift order?
When ordering on the web site simply enter your name and address as the billing address and the recipient's name and address as the shipping address. When ordering by phone, just tell the Customer Service Representative that the order is a gift. When ordering by mail, enclose a note with the recipient's name and address. We're sorry but we do not have gift wrapping or note card capabilities at this time.
What happens if a DVD I ordered is on back-order or is discontinued?
If a DVD you ordered is on back-order or discontinued you will receive written notification in the mail. If a DVD is on back-order it is temporarily out of stock but will ship when inventory arrives. If a DVD is discontinued it will not be restocked and the order is cancelled. A back-ordered DVD will usually ship within 4 to 6 weeks. If you pre-paid for a back-ordered selection, your payment will stay with this order until it is either shipped or canceled by your request. Please let us know how you would like to be credited if you choose to cancel the order. If you pre-paid for a DVD that has been discontinued, please Contact Us and let us know what you would like us to do with your credit. We can apply it to any outstanding invoice, leave it as a credit on your account to be used toward your next order, or refund it to you.
How do I order a DVD that is back-ordered or out of stock?
Unfortunately, we cannot yet accept orders for back-ordered DVDs though our web site. If you would like to place an order for a back-order item, please Contact Us and we will place the order for you. Please include your account number, the Product ID number, title, and price with your correspondence.
